Jayne Harkness has been a fashion industry leader for the past 25 years, starting her career at Barneys as the Divisional Merchandise Manager and the founder of the CO-OP. Jayne was one of the first visionaries who explored and discovered many of the new emerging designers. Throughout her career, Jayne held various key positions at luxury fashion houses including SVP at Calvin Klein, President of Wholesale at Coach and Louis Feraud and President of Couture at Isaac Mizrahi. Since 2011, Jayne has acted as a strategic partner to emerging and established brands through her consulting business, J.H.G & Partners. Her clients have included: Adeam, Sally La Pointe, Araks, Norisol Ferrari, Starbucks and Baha Mar and Rosewood Hotel Retail Bahamas. In 2014, Jayne helped start the first luxury fashion fitness wear specialty store, BANDIER, as a founding member and currently consults as C.C.O. Jayne is not only an executive, but also a mentor. As a CFDA business mentor for the fashion incubator, a Lead Advisor for CFDA NYU Stern MBA program and a NYCEDC Mentor for the fashion innovators & fashion fellows program. Jayne is also a member of the Luxury Council at NYU Stern.
